I really love the changes you made to the 3rd level, the new character (librarian) is legitimately very scary.

I didn't, just rewatched my recording and wrote them all down lol.

The biggest revelation I had that I was missing in my previous runs is that there's actually a notebook in the room Doggos spawns in. That didn't occur to me until I had 9/10 on both and was wondering where the hell the last math one was.

I finally beat the language level, the run overall is like an hour and I'll upload it once it's done exporting. I'm so relieved.

Here's the run: 

Tried like 5 hours today to beat the second level, no luck so far. However I did find this mysterious guy in one my runs:


He appeared for a split second and then vanished, depleted my sanity a bit too.

Dang, the second level is stressful as all hell. I think what makes it difficult is not really Marzia or Viktor but the fact you have to wind Phonty every so often. Makes me rush everything and I die in stupid ways.

Looks like he made it impossible to do it your way in the new update lol, he added a block on the first door that Marzia sprints out of. It seems possible to do but bugged cleany right now is killing all my runs.

Yeahhhh just saw the way you did it, wow. Looks like it took a ton of setup.

Nice job dude,  just saw your run! I'll have to try and see if I can do it too, I'll keep you posted.

I have a love/hate relationship with cleany. Love it when he sweeps away any of the baddies, but the second he touches me my runs are usually over lol.

Appears to be a bug with pausing, as it's the same button you escape cleany with lol. Makes it impossible to escape him currently.

I have some questions, how'd you get the watermelon and the compass? I don't really understand the point of either of them too lol.

Yeah, it was in the server room as well if I remember correctly. Also found a room with the number 9 next to it. I assume that's where you get the last language notebook since you have to have the other 9 to get in. Right now I'm trying to craft the best route to do that, I've gotten 8 before in my runs but Phonty always ended up killing me. 

Still trying to craft a flashbang since that seems possible with the items in the staff only room.  Also seems like you can get 2 of them for free in the server room.

Is it just a random drop? I can try it and see what happens.

It seems as though you can input the numbers on the left side of the language notebooks onto the panel in the elevator. I'm assuming you have to collect all 10 language notebooks and their numbers to activate the elevator.

Loving the new update so far, going to be a pain trying to figure out what items craft together though. Also seems to be some sort of secret with the numbers on the left side of the language notebooks, possibly something to do with the elevator.

Yeah, it's just a lot of luck and time really, probably the most annoying thing you have to do in the game. You only need to do it once though since after you get black key you're golden. I recommend raiding that trash room and just leaving a trail for him to follow.

1. It's in the room with the VCR player, the corridor that loops around.

2. Black key is in a locker in the room you get the first hand. It's the 'keep locked' door next the barricade. If you're getting the black key for the first time you need Cleany to open it with trash. Once you get black key though you can open this door and the door to RUST without any need for trash. 

3. Rusty knife is in a locker after you get cleany to open the RUST door, just go through the door on the left and it's an open grass area with 2 lockers. Knife is in the left one.

Really good job, love them all.

Here's my run where I win the game without Albert's help. The magnet and the 11th notebook being easier make this possible.

Also a tip for anyone playing, using the Magnet on the door to the 11th notebook might buy you more time to solve last examples.

You can lose it yes, so only use it when you absolutely need to.

Found the gas mask, but taking it off crashes the game :v

E: seems like this only happens when you're in the bunker

I had this problem too and what helped was just cranking up the volume really high so I could hear them more clearly. The 5 sounds more distinguished towards the end, not sure how to describe it.

Just want to say that the phonograph is terrifying. It will literally bust down doors to kill you and has spider legs.

Current bugs I've found in second level:

-The music/ambiance of the second level seems to cut out after you complete one of the math notebooks

-Head Teacher just holds you in place after receiving last warning, presumably because there is no cauldron to throw you into

-Using a soda or chocolate chip muffin on Viktor just freezes him in place 

-Some questions in language notebooks have improper capitalization, such as You being capitalized when it's not at the start of a sentence

As for some suggestions:

-I'd make it so there's some way to counter Marzia camping at the door when you enter a classroom, since it's pretty much impossible to escape unless you have enough room to make a dodge around. Maybe like a door remote or something that lets you open nearby doors without having to be so close.

-Make Marzia's footsteps louder since it's really hard to hear her when moving around corners.

Congrats dude! Couldn't stick around for the winning run since I had to work but glad to see you got it too. I didn't ever end up getting the Rusty Fork either since my belt was actually full when I won the game, so a bit curious about that.

Since some people asked here's some video of me exploring the second level:

It's in the door right next to the locker where you get Albert's head. Use the knife on the left door and then just enter the door at the end of the corridor with the knife.

It's in the room you get the first arm. You need to get Mr. Cleany to open it with trash and it's in one of the lockers. It's the door that says keep locked right next to the barricade of chairs/desks.
